What you'll do

• Oversee vehicle and driver compliance and vehicle maintenance across the region
• support dispatchers and daily scheduling
• arrange and oversee MODIVCARE Will Call trips
• validate trips and monitor specialist hours
• finalize weekly timecards and communicate payroll information
• host weekly operations calls
• address rider complaints
• report maintenance concerns and coordinate with mechanics
• participate in an on-call rotation and every-other-Saturday dispatching.
