What you'll do

• Perform routine painting, wallpaper upkeep, plumbing, electrical wiring, and related maintenance
• replace air conditioner filters
• maintain air conditioners, cooling towers, and boilers
• tend to the pool area, including chemical balancing and cleaning
• respond to guest requests, complaints, and questions courteously and promptly.
