Lead Systems Engineer

The role helps manage force-design technical work, coordinates stakeholders and technical exchanges, identifies design deficiencies, and communicates findings to senior decision-makers.

What you'll do

• Provide systems and interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance regarding THAAD with international partners
• assist with technical management of assigned force-design work
• support international Tactical Data Link Architecture and attend conferences
• coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders
• identify design deficiencies and recommend options
• document and communicate technical findings
• participate in force-design meetings and technical exchanges.
