The Caregiver role is onsite in Anacortes, WA, and pays $19–$21 per hour. Full-time AM and PM positions are available at Cypress Assisted Living, a 44-bed community under new management and part of the Olympus Retirement Living family. The role exists to provide hands-on support that protects residents’ dignity, independence, and quality of life. Working under the Wellness Director or Registered Nurse, caregivers support daily living, monitor residents, document care, and communicate changes to nursing leadership.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, hygiene, toileting, and attendance
• support meals and dining transportation
• monitor and record vital signs according to care plans
• communicate across shifts and report changes
• assist with laundry, bed-making, and linen changes
• maintain resident apartments
• complete care documentation
• perform approved treatments within scope
• stock supplies
• and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
