What you'll do

• Provide customer service and build rapport
• conduct in-store water testing and interpret results using digital software
• recommend chemical treatments and maintenance plans
• educate customers on pool care, product use, and equipment troubleshooting
• stock and organize shelves
• receive shipments and manage inventory
• operate the register and balance cash drawers
• support promotions and merchandising
• and participate in product and safety training.
