The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Applied Behavior Analysis role is onsite in Denton, NC, with in-home and community-based sessions. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. Achievements ABA Therapy provides ABA therapy to children with autism and supports employee training and career development. Working with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervisor, the technician delivers ABA interventions, records behavior and skill-acquisition data, and communicates progress to the clinical team. Accurate session notes and records help monitor client progress and support consistent care.

What you'll do

• Deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• provide in-home and community-based interventions
• collect behavior and skill-acquisition data using Rethink software
• communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators
• complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records.
