What you'll do
- Respond to resident requests
- inspect and show apartments and support applications and move-ins
- complete lease renewals and maintain resident files
- calculate household income for rent determinations
- support PBRA and LIHTC compliance
- oversee rent collection
- conduct property and unit inspections
- and assist the Property Manager with operational tasks.
