Production Supervisor

What you'll do

• ensure product identification, traceability, process control, packaging instructions, and quality procedures are followed
• ensure first-off, in-process, and last-off procedures are followed
• complete scheduled layered process audits and follow up on issues
• coordinate on-the-job training
• oversee inventory levels
• coordinate with other departments
• train, develop, mentor, direct, and discipline employees
• document training and performance
• maintain housekeeping and safety requirements
• contribute to continuous improvement.
