Clinical Aide

Job overview

The Clinical Aide works onsite at the Recovery Campus in Massena, NY. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., and the posted pay range is $16 to $22 per hour. The role supports residents at St. Joseph's Addiction Treatment and Recovery Centers. Working under the Program Director or designee, the aide helps residents adjust to the residence routine and participate in social and recreational activities that promote recovery. The role also supports overnight safety, resident documentation, admissions, and coordination of practical services.

What you'll do

• Welcome and orient new residents to the facility, community, and available resources
• support substance-free community living
• conduct facility rounds between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. and check on residents according to policy
• document observations and significant events
• meet biweekly with the case manager
• assist with admissions, belongings inventory, and electronic health record setup
• supervise and document urine drug screens
• upload records
• arrange medical transportation
• maintain resident snacks and breakfast items. May onboard and train new residence aides.
