What you'll do

• Support outreach strategies and represent DeafHealth at community events
• coordinate program promotion and gather community feedback
• track outreach activity and outcomes
• create and publish accessible ASL and written content
• coordinate events and accessibility accommodations
• respond to inquiries
• support intake, follow-up, referrals, and benefits enrollment
• maintain confidentiality and escalate complex needs.
