What you'll do

• Oversee financial statement preparation and trial balance consolidation
• research technical accounting topics and relevant SEC guidance
• prepare basic technical accounting memos
• coach staff and seniors
• assess complex financial statement areas and disclosures
• identify scope issues and ancillary service opportunities
• lead client calls and manage project plans and status
• monitor engagement economics, staffing, scheduling, margins, and invoicing
• provide performance feedback and training support
• contribute to firm initiatives and collaboration in a hybrid environment.
