What you'll do

• Supervise and help train youth workers
• coordinate shift staffing and arrange coverage when workers are absent
• assist staff in managing youth behavior
• support intake and orientation for youth, families, and referring parties
• implement and monitor daily activities
• assist with treatment planning and program development
• maintain facility and vehicle
• coordinate assistance for youth medical and special needs and dispense medication as directed on its label.
