What you'll do

• Supervise frontline associates, including supervisors, cashiers, valets, attendants, and maintenance personnel
• provide customer service training and assist with new-hire training
• handle complaints and operational challenges
• serve as liaison among guests, staff, and management
• manage vehicle damage claims
• monitor parking facility safety and cleanliness
• support shuttle fleet upkeep
• process cash receipts and deposits
• assist with staffing schedules, time cards, payroll, and administrative tasks.
