This entry-level role supports Managed Detection and Response services by monitoring and investigating security events, identifying threats and exposures, supporting security-tool deployment, and communicating with clients. Its work helps clients reduce attack surfaces, improve security controls, and respond to potential incidents.

What you'll do

• Monitor systems and triage security event notifications
• investigate alerts and document findings
• support incident response and escalations
• conduct scheduled threat and exposure hunting and prepare client reporting
• support planning, configuration, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft security tools
• communicate with clients
• contribute to repeatable security content, detection logic, and playbooks.
