• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and vital-sign monitoring

• supervise and mentor nursing staff
• assign tasks and provide feedback
• monitor patient outcomes and address risks
• promote patient-centered care and communication
• prepare schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate with other departments.
