Professional Roofing Estimator

What you'll do

• Meet homeowners for roofing consultations
• safely set up and use ladders and inspect residential roofs
• document roof conditions with photos and measurements
• identify roofing concerns and recommend repair or replacement
• prepare and present estimates and proposals
• explain materials, warranties, financing, and project expectations
• follow up with homeowners
• complete agreements
• maintain customer and project records in the CRM
• communicate sold-project details to the production team.
