Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, IT Software & Services

The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, IT Software & Services is a hybrid role based in Foster City, CA, with three days per week in the office. The base salary range is $182,000–$219,000 per year. Zoox’s Indirect Sourcing Team sources resources and partnerships that support the company’s autonomous mobility work. This manager establishes and scales sourcing for IT, software, hardware, and services, partnering with stakeholders and IT colleagues to support operational growth and efficiency. The role guides supplier selection, negotiates agreements, identifies sourcing alternatives, and coordinates source-to-pay work with stakeholders and Finance.

What you'll do

• Support departments in procuring IT software, hardware, and services
• focus on CRM, ERP, SaaS, and related procurement
• establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships and procurement opportunities
• guide stakeholders on supplier selection and management
• identify sourcing alternatives through benchmarking and competitive quotes
• negotiate costs and contract terms
• coordinate the source-to-pay process with stakeholders and Finance throughout the product lifecycle.

Why this role
