What you'll do

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, internet, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers
• monitor systems and logs
• verify backups and scheduled jobs
• manage access and resource use
• install and upgrade software and hardware
• troubleshoot and provide technical support
• apply OS patches using SCCM
• administer telephone equipment and routing
• maintain IT records and project documentation.
