Concierge — Third Shift / PRN

The Concierge role is onsite in Wichita, KS, with part-time Thursday and Friday shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and additional PRN work as needed. Pay is $14 per hour. The position supports Sedgwick Plaza residents, families, and guests in a senior living community. What you'll do

• Answer and route calls and take accurate messages
• greet and direct visitors
• assist residents with information and requests
• coordinate and record appointments and notify drivers
• receive and distribute mail
• maintain an organized lobby and reception area
• provide administrative support
• schedule resident work orders and coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping
• maintain supply inventories
• report unsafe conditions.
