Account Manager in Training — HVAC Sales

The Account Manager in Training — HVAC Sales role is onsite in Columbia, MD, with a base salary of $60,000–$70,000 per year. Havtech Supply’s 12- to 18-month development program rotates trainees through warehouse operations, customer service, and outside sales to prepare them for an Account Manager role. The trainee builds HVAC product knowledge and sales experience while learning order fulfillment, customer support, proposal preparation, and account planning. The program contributes to customer service and the development of future account managers.

What you'll do

• Rotate through warehouse, inside sales and operations, and outside sales
• learn product offerings and order fulfillment
• process customer orders and inquiries
• resolve customer problems
• prepare proposals and pricing
• develop account-specific business plans and customer relationships
• review contract terms
• participate in structured training provided by Havtech and manufacturers.
