What you'll do

• Make outbound calls promoting State Farm insurance products and services
• gather information to qualify leads
• follow up on campaign and referral leads to schedule agent appointments
• provide initial information and answer basic questions
• maintain prospect and interaction records in CRM
• follow State Farm guidelines and applicable compliance standards
• report call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
