What you'll do

• Deliver structured, evidence-based literacy instruction to assigned students in one-on-one or small-group settings
• build supportive relationships
• participate in team meetings, onboarding, and instructional coaching
• monitor learning and collaborate on progress reports
• optional opportunities include curriculum refinement, peer observations, recruitment, and research.
