What you'll do

• Develop and retain customers
• maintain alarm files and service schedules
• coordinate technicians and administrative staff
• schedule new orders and complete close-out procedures
• follow up on repair items with quotations
• forecast service staffing
• review billing documents
• recruit, train, and develop associates
• understand permitting requirements
• report weekly activity
• oversee safety, timesheets, job documentation, inventory, purchasing, production efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
