What you'll do

• Support developmentally appropriate curriculum and lesson implementation
• model teaching practices
• coach and mentor teachers
• conduct classroom walkthroughs and observations and provide feedback
• support child assessment and documentation
• assist with family communication
• help ensure health, safety, supervision, and licensing compliance
• assist with onboarding and staff development
• collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director
• provide classroom support when needed.
