Primary Care Physician

Job overview

The Primary Care Physician role is onsite in Saint Cloud, FL, with compensation of $240,000–$260,000 per year. The physician supports the Center for Employee Health serving the School District of Osceola County and its employees and covered dependents. The role exists to provide comprehensive, relationship-centered outpatient care across the lifespan, including prevention, chronic disease management, and acute treatment. Smaller patient panels, longer appointments, and coordinated team support are intended to help the physician focus on patient care and health outcomes.

What you'll do

• Provide outpatient primary care to patients age two and older
• deliver preventive services and manage chronic and acute conditions
• perform in-office procedures within primary care scope
• educate and counsel patients on prevention, medication, and lifestyle
• build long-term patient relationships
• collaborate with registered dietitians and behavioral health partners
• document encounters and care plans in the EHR
• participate in quality initiatives, peer reviews, meetings, and continuing education
• support outreach and practice growth.

Why this role
