The Personal Care Attendant role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Compensation starts at $13.02 per hour. The role provides personal and living assistance in clients’ homes or residences to promote, maintain, or restore health and support people living with illness or disability. The attendant provides non-medical direct care under an approved plan, assists with daily living activities, and observes safety and wellness. The role also communicates changes to the agency and helps family members or caregivers with appropriate transfer and repositioning techniques.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, meals, mobility monitoring, and medication reminders
• provide non-medical personal care under an approved plan
• conduct safety and wellness observations
• report changes in condition or living environment
• maintain a safe care environment
• teach caregivers transfer, turning, and repositioning techniques when needed
• complete required training.
