It oversees clinical programming, staff development, daily operations, utilization, quality, compliance, and coordination with medical, nursing, admissions, operations, and case management teams.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop clinicians and clinical support staff
• oversee clinical programming, daily operations, continuity of care, utilization review, ASAM and level-of-care decisions, chart audits, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, safety, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Recruit, onboard, supervise, and evaluate clinical personnel.
