What you'll do

• Manage and respond to software support tickets
• support daily execution of Jushi systems and processes
• log and track inquiries and resolutions in the problem-management database
• communicate technical information to end users
• assist with hardware and software installation and employee training
• coordinate advanced issue resolution
• image desktops and laptops for store setups
• create and edit knowledge-base articles
• support users and functional teams
• maintain help-desk tickets
• reinforce technology policies and protocols
• trace report data to source systems
• administer designated user and security management areas.
