The Adult Strength & Conditioning Coach — Mornings role is onsite in Bradenton, FL, with pay of $26–$50 per hour. D1 Training is an athletic-based group training facility whose mission is to help adults and youth athletes reach their fitness goals. The coach leads and adapts workouts, teaches safe exercise technique, and supports members’ progress through training, education, and accountability. The role contributes to a positive training environment and the facility’s service and retention goals.

What you'll do

• Foster a positive, motivating environment
• coach group workouts, personal training, and teams
• assess and align members with appropriate programs
• adapt movements to individual needs
• teach proper form and technique
• provide education on strength, speed, and nutrition
• build member relationships
• reduce injury risk through proper movement patterns
• support client retention through coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
