The Experienced Prep Service Team Member role is onsite in Rochester, MN, on a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible start times of 7:00, 8:00, or 9:00 AM and shifts ending at 2:00 PM. What you'll do

• Prepare and portion vegetables, proteins, cheeses, herbs, and dressings
• follow food-safety and cleanliness standards
• rotate ingredients using FIFO
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• restock supplies and maintain organized prep stations. Greet guests, assemble salads to menu standards and guest modifications, complete in-store and online orders after cross-training, package pickup and delivery orders, and communicate with guests and teammates.
