PM Lead Mobile Phlebotomist

The PM Lead Mobile Phlebotomist role is onsite in Novato, CA. Pay is $25 per hour. The schedule is 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The role supports mobile phlebotomy routes and coordination with dispatch and laboratory operations. The lead helps maintain route coverage and operational readiness, trains phlebotomists when no area trainer is designated, and keeps route records and assignment data current. The role also assists with supplies and laboratory logs and coordinates with dispatch, couriers, accessioning, customer service, and data entry.

What you'll do

• Check in with dispatch regarding phlebotomist call-offs, on-calls, and changes to the AM run
• complete an appropriate-volume route
• stay informed about facility clearance
• communicate with dispatch
• train new phlebotomists when no trainer is designated
• attend facility start-up in-services as appropriate
• conduct quarterly trunk checks
• account for route sheets
• maintain mileage entries and next-day assignments in Datarrive
• assist with supply orders, centrifuge logs, and butterfly logs when needed
• cooperate with laboratory and courier dispatch, couriers, accessioning, customer service, and data entry.
