Production Line Technical Lead

The role helps maintain safe, compliant production while improving yield, quality, and productivity through equipment oversight, operator coaching, and process problem-solving.

What you'll do

• Supervise setup, operation, and troubleshooting of slicing machines and other production equipment
• ensure machinery maintenance
• lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• collaborate with supervisors, quality, and maintenance teams
• train and mentor operators
• monitor food safety, quality, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
• inspect and audit the line
• communicate production status and improvement initiatives
• monitor raw-material and finished-product inventory.
