What you'll do

• Take meal and beverage orders and serve food in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
• check resident and guest satisfaction
• know daily specials, menus, and food items
• set up, maintain, and clean dining tables, side stations, and surrounding areas
• follow cleaning schedules and food safety and sanitation procedures
• assist with opening and closing duties and checklists
• support orientation and training of new servers as needed
• maintain appearance, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
• assist with dining room organization and supplies.
