The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is an onsite role based in Fort Valley, GA. The pay is $18.00 to $28.00 per hour, supporting the therapy team at Total Care ABA - Georgia. This role exists to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs, supporting families in achieving meaningful goals under the supervision of BCBAs.
What you'll do
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
- Implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
- Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
