• Prepare project payment requisitions and progress billings
• coordinate billing timing with project managers
• follow up on payments
• resolve receivable issues
• process invoice credits and bills
• maintain customer billing details and logs
• prepare retention billing
• create and maintain billing templates
• enter change orders and labor rate changes
• complete pay applications
• monitor underbilling and AR aging
• code job costs
• close completed jobs
• generate billing and AR reports.
