Description

Effectively supervises craft personnel to ensure all assigned maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively. Administers coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Effectively communicates significant CEC and personnel issues to Maintenance Manager. Participates in work control coordination, scheduling, and engineering meetings.
