The position offers a salary range of $50,000 to $100,000 per year, including base pay and bonus potential, and supports the operations of a Taco Bell franchise location. The purpose of the General Manager is to make the lives of the employees and the guests better by creating opportunities to positively impact life experiences. You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience.

What you'll do

• Consistently demonstrate integrity in actions and expectations.
• Guide team members and Shift Leaders to ensure assigned duties are completed.
• Monitor team performance and hold members accountable for standards.
• Drive fast and friendly service to ensure a quality customer experience.
• Maintain point of sale systems and report failures.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws.
• Create unity through cross-functional relationships.
• Resolve employee issues in a timely manner.
• Motivate and support the team through active listening.
• Handle customer complaints with a sincere approach.
• Create short and long-term strategies for restaurant success.
• Deliver profit by interpreting P&L statements.
• Source, hire, and develop team members.
• Conduct new hire orientation and training.
• Minimize loss through strict cash handling and inventory control.
