What you'll do

• Oversee daily enterprise systems operations across infrastructure, including availability, incident resolution, and SLA adherence
• supervise Infrastructure, Network, and Data Center Operations teams
• coordinate monitoring, patching, and configuration management
• manage capacity, performance, and change processes
• report uptime, incident trends, and performance metrics. Requires 10+ years in IT operations, including 5+ years in management, ITIL v4 Intermediate or higher, CompTIA Security+ or equivalent, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and Public Trust—Moderate Risk.
