What you'll do

• Participate in safety, quality, cost, and delivery improvement projects
• contribute to LEAN events such as Kaizens, value stream mapping, 5S, and VAVE
• document and maintain standard work instructions
• complete time and motion studies
• assist with internal and customer documentation
• participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions
• work in the production shop to learn processes and recommend improvements. The role may include designing production fixtures and tools or participating in engineering change order reviews.
