Events Marketing Specialist — Hybrid, Greater Chicago

It helps the marketing and sales teams plan and execute regional events while tracking leads, attendance, budgets, and results.

What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate recurring regional events, including tabletops, golf tournaments, and local sponsorships
• coordinate registration, sponsorship deliverables, vendors, and purchasing
• prepare event briefs, schedules, packing information, and communications for Sales
• maintain event records, asset needs, budgets, and calendars
• support event setup and attendee experience
• coordinate event materials with the warehouse
• collaborate on promotion and follow-up
• collect post-event files and maintain event and lead records in the CRM.
