What you'll do

• Source candidates through recruiting platforms, networking, referrals, social media, and industry groups
• engage passive candidates
• build talent pipelines
• manage high-volume recruiting for entry-level field and labor positions
• review applications
• conduct phone screens and initial interviews
• present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews
• maintain candidate communication and accurate recruiting records
• participate in job fairs and community outreach.
