Outpatient Alcohol and Drug Counselor – Hybrid, Casual Hours

What you'll do

• Complete assessments, GAIN-SS screenings, and initial service plans
• develop and update individualized treatment plans
• document client progress
• facilitate group chemical dependency counseling and education
• coordinate continuing care and referrals
• communicate with clinical leaders and referents
• and support clients’ families and sober-support networks as needed.
