The Caregiver – Sit-to-Stand and Hoyer Lift role is in person in Skokie, IL, with openings across the North and Western suburbs. Compensation is $16.50–$18 per hour. Amada Senior Care provides compassionate senior home care for seniors and their families. The caregiver assists clients with activities of daily living and non-medical support, helping promote comfort, well-being, and connection. Duties include personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, and reporting changes in clients’ health.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care
• provide companionship and emotional support
• help with meals and medication reminders
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• escort clients to appointments and run errands
• monitor and report health changes
• provide walking and exercise assistance and other non-medical support.
