The Outpatient Therapist – EMDR role is hybrid in the New Rochelle and Bronx clinic locations in New York. Pay is $70–$100 per hour on a fee-for-service basis. Northeast Family Services is expanding its outpatient mental health clinic and serves children, adults, and families. The therapist provides outpatient psychotherapy and clinical care using trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches, including EMDR. The role assesses clients, develops treatment plans, maintains compliant records, and participates in clinical consultation to support care for trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and related concerns.

What you'll do

• Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults
• conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• use trauma-informed and evidence-based interventions, including EMDR
• maintain timely and compliant electronic health records
• participate in supervision, consultation, and team meetings as required
• follow ethical standards, agency policies, and New York State regulations.
