What you'll do

• Develop procurement and strategic sourcing strategy
• lead and develop procurement staff
• establish sourcing strategies, policies, controls, KPIs, and budgets
• source raw materials, ingredients, packaging, equipment, supplies, and services
• negotiate supplier agreements
• partner with planning and manufacturing on forecasts, production requirements, and inventory
• monitor supplier and commodity risks
• improve ERP/MRP processes and procurement data
• balance material availability with working-capital objectives
• collaborate with quality, regulatory, and product-development teams.
