Warehouse Assistant in Baxter, MN. This is an onsite position with a pay rate of $18.50 to $19/hour plus a $1000 sign-on bonus. Integrity Staffing Solutions is acting as a sourcing/recruitment service on behalf of Amazon. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for picking, packing, sorting, stowing, and staging products for shipment. You will operate handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory, move products safely throughout the facility, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Your contributions will ensure productivity and quality expectations are met.

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Experience

Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation). Comfort working in a warehouse environment with noise and varying temperatures. Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
