What you'll do

• Serve as pharmacist-level project manager for enterprise initiatives across ambulatory, specialty, and community pharmacy
• drive pharmacy centralization, including prior-authorization workflows and patient communication and call-center models
• connect operational, clinical, finance, IT, and site pharmacy leaders
• coordinate HPOD project plans, milestones, owners, risks, and executive updates
• build reusable project tools
• prepare leadership materials on performance, operational and financial impact, and decisions
• escalate risks and recommend mitigation.
