The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — In-Home Youth Services role is based in the Ramsey, IL area and provides in-home services Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. The therapy team delivers customized treatment plans for children. The technician provides one-to-one therapy and implements Applied Behavior Analysis programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role supports communication, self-help, and social-skill goals while tracking progress and sharing feedback with a supervisor.
What you'll do
- Implement ABA programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings
- provide one-to-one therapy
- carry out treatment goals under BCBA supervision
- report progress to the supervisor
- teach communication, self-help, and social skills
- track client progress and program data
- protect confidential patient information.
