What you'll do

  • Supervise assigned staff and manage caseloads
  • monitor service frequency and compliance
  • address barriers to engagement
  • ensure timely and accurate documentation
  • provide coverage and face-to-face services when staffing is deficient
  • lead weekly caseload reviews and individual or group supervision
  • provide clinical guidance and training
  • maintain at least two client contacts per month
  • serve as first contact for crisis incidents
  • coordinate with internal providers, external partners, and referral sources.
