What you'll do

• Perform minor repairs and maintenance
• complete checklists to prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• walk grounds and common areas and remove trash and debris
• perform additional duties assigned by the Community Manager or Service Supervisor
• work weekends as circumstances warrant and participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule.
